Richard Stöckli has been the top chef in the Jungfrau Region for many years. This was confirmed once again this year with 16 Gault Millau points, 3 toques and 1 Michelin star. Take a peek over the gourmet chef’s shoulder for some inspiring cooking. Courses are held in the cookery school for between two and a maximum of ten people (can be booked in combination with an overnight stay).
